As vice president of this business I was responsible for the day to day operations, including client communications, accounting, invoicing, obtaining and keeping up to date of licenses and permits, working with contractors and vendors, managing internal systems and managing technology assets.

As the lead developer of this business, I was responsible for meeting with clients to understand their particular website needs, then producing a website design and development plan, mockups and schedule of completion. I would plan, design and develop websites and web applications using the Microsoft ASP.Net platform and C# programming language, with dynamic data and member services powered by MS SQL Server databases. I was also responsible for the setup of client web hosting services and deployment of completed projects to web hosting. After website deployment, I was responsible for continued website support, hosting support, website maintenance and updates and email support services.  

Additionally, I steered the company in the direction of providing onsite IT support services for local businesses. My responsibilities grew to include troubleshooting, management and design of network infrastructures for local small businesses. Troubleshooting and maintenance of client workstations and servers on location and to provide onsite IT services and remote helpdesk services for local business.

As the general operations manager of a contracting company I was directly responsible for the management of day to day operations including client relations, payroll and company bookkeeping, records management, license and permit management and human resources. Additionally, I created the company website and started a social media campaign to raise awareness of the company and its services.

This was a temporary job in which I was brought in specifically to help get the company in order. Under my leadership, this company started showing a month to month profit for the first time in three years.

IT Administrator

October 2011 – November 2013

As an IT Administrator I was responsible for the setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of all technology assets for two separate offices, managing company owned networks and equipment ensuring proper operation and constant availability. Additionally, I managed the company website, working with information data exchange providers to integrate real estate listing data, with requirements on keeping the data updated every hour.

Day to day activities would include the monitoring of company system networks and devices, setup of employee owned devices, troubleshooting of equipment, networks and software, maintaining updates and patches, monitoring security of the networks and equipment and providing help desk support to company employees.
